Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WRITERZ website, dashboard, and services (the "Services") provided by WRITERZ, based in Abuja, Nigeria. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of our services

WRITERZ provides academic research support, consultancy, editing, and writing assistance for students, lecturers, and independent researchers. Deliverables produced by WRITERZ are intended as model reference materials, scholarly drafts, and research aids to guide your own academic work.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Supply timely instructions, source materials, and feedback so your project can progress.
  • Comply with your institution's academic policies when using our deliverables.

3. Orders, payments, and additional services

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira and, where indicated, converted for reference. Payments are processed through licensed payment providers. Additional services requested during a project may attract additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

4. International institution surcharge

Research projects with requirements that align with institutions in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other non-African regions attract a surcharge of 20% on the applicable base price. This surcharge enables WRITERZ to source region-appropriate journals, databases, style guides, and reference materials suitable for those institutions. The surcharge is calculated at the point of engagement and communicated before payment.

5. Timelines and revisions

Estimated timelines are provided at the point of engagement. Reasonable revisions consistent with the original scope are included; new scope may be treated as an additional service.

6. Paramount Package — sequence of plagiarism and AI removal

Where you opt for the Paramount Package, plagiarism removal and AI-content reduction is the last part of the assignment. All other sections of the work must have been completed and approved before the commencement of plagiarism and AI removal. This sequence protects the integrity of the final similarity and AI reports: any section edited, replaced or re-approved after the removal stage re-introduces flagged content and requires the process to start again. Requests to run plagiarism or AI removal on an unapproved or unfinished work will be declined until every other section is approved.

7. Mutual respect and professional conduct

Our business relationship thrives on mutual understanding and respect. At no point should a client transfer aggression caused by their supervisor, institution or personal circumstances to our team. Rudeness is not boldness; communication with our research team should and must be respectful at all times. We commit to the same standard in return: courteous, honest and timely communication from every member of our team. The company reserves the right to terminate a transaction with a rude, abusive or threatening client, with no option for refund.

8. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for your own academic purposes. WRITERZ retains the right to use anonymised methodology, templates, and internal know-how developed in the course of the engagement.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality as set out in our Confidentiality Policy.

11. Prohibited use

  • Using the Services in violation of applicable laws or your institution's rules.
  • Attempting to bypass security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Reselling deliverables produced for you without our written consent.
  • Abusive, threatening or disrespectful communication with our team.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRITERZ's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. WRITERZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including grades awarded or decisions made by third parties.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services. You may close your account at any time; outstanding obligations survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
