Confidentiality Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Confidentiality is central to the trust our clients place in us. This Policy explains the practical measures we take to safeguard your identity, your topic, and any materials you share.
What we protect
- Your identity as a client of WRITERZ.
- Your research topic, scope, instructions, and drafts.
- Files, data sets, transcripts, and any supporting materials you upload.
- Communications between you and our internal team.
How we protect it
- Least-privilege access. Only the Research Executive, Sales Representative, and Administrators assigned to your project can see it.
- Private storage. Files are held in access-controlled cloud storage. Downloads are served through short-lived signed links.
- Confidentiality obligations. Every team member and contractor is bound by written confidentiality obligations.
- No public case studies without consent. We never publish your name, institution, or topic without your explicit written permission.
- Secure disposal. On request, we can remove your project files after your engagement is complete, subject to legal retention requirements.
Third parties
We share information with third parties only when it is necessary to deliver the Services — for example with our payment processor for transactions, or with hosting providers for storage — and only under confidentiality safeguards.
Reporting a concern
If you believe your information has been mishandled, email writerz.site@gmail.com and we will investigate within seven (7) business days.
