Refund Policy

Once a project has been initiated, no refund will be issued. A project is considered initiated once WRITERZ has committed resources to it, including but not limited to project planning, consultation, literature sourcing, data sourcing, fieldwork arrangements, research execution, drafting, analysis, or assignment of a Research Executive. These activities involve irreversible professional time and costs.

Where payment is made but work has not commenced, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of WRITERZ, subject to any applicable administrative or payment processing charges.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Submit a written request from your registered email to writerz.site@gmail.com stating your invoice or receipt reference and the reason for the request. Decisions are communicated within seven (7) business days.

Disputes

We encourage clients to first raise concerns through the messaging feature in the dashboard so that our team can attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
